Welcoming All, Empowered by Christ, Sent Forth to Serve

April 12, 2020 Easter message: “Thomas – A Place for the Skeptic”

Thomas is a powerful reminders of the need for each of us to experience the reality of resurrection for ourselves – and to come just as we are to Jesus – even if it means wondering and questioning.

This is the eighth and final message in our Lenten series, “A Place at the Table.” Pastor Mary’s Easter message is based on John 20: 17-23  and John 20: 19-31. To read it, click here. The service is both posted on YouTube and FaceBook.

Thomas wasn’t known as a doubter when Jesus was alive; He was a fierce follower and believer. But when Jesus returned from the grave, Thomas needed to see and touch his wounds before he could reconcile what he was seeing. Watch “JESUS Reigns: Thomas” to see what might have happened.

You can call or email the church office if you have God moments to share from this week.

Pastor Mary offered reflections on Mary Magdalene from the Memorial Garden and shared them on YouTube and FaceBook also.

Worship services will be on FaceBook live at 10:00 am and posted to YouTube after worship through at least the end of April. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
