The Vital Church Initiative (VCI) is a process of renewal for growing healthy, vital, fruitful, mission congregations in the Michigan Area if the United Methodist Church. VCI prepares us, with the support of the West Michigan Conference office, for system change that will enable us to answer God’s call to reach out to new people with the Good News.
Every member of our church had a chance to participate in the All-Church Workshop on Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 10:15 am-3:00 pm. Our Vital Church Initiative Lead Consultant, Naomi Garcia, led the workshop.

The consultation team’s report and prescriptions will be available online in the next few days. Please plan on attending at least one of the Town Hall Meetings:

Sunday, March 2, 2014 from 3:00-4:30 pm
The All-Church Conference to vote on the prescriptions will be on Sunday, March 16 at 10:15 am.
