Grief is both the most common and the most individual human experience. Everybody grieves losses, and yet we don’t grieve in the same way. More and more, we’re discovering the complicated dynamics of grief and the reality that grief isn’t a problem to be solved, but a journey to be lived. We live in the tension of life and death every day, even as we see the change of season and give thanks for the blessings of life.
