Welcoming All, Empowered by Christ, Sent Forth to Serve

October 22, 2023: “Deep and Wide”

“The United Methodist Church structure is like a pebble dropped in still water with concentric rings embracing more and more churches and people.” There’s no place where Jesus isn’t needed, and God’s love knows no bounds. The connection is a vital part of our identity, including other local churches and educational and healthcare institutions.

This is the tenth and final week in the series, “Discipleship: The United Methodist Top Ten.” Pastor Mary’s message is based on Romans 12: 3-8 and the ten layers of United Methodism (7 rings and 3 branches). The UMC Discipleship Ministries produced a couple of “Chuck Knows Church” videos to explain the roles of district superintendents and bishops.

The 9:00 and 11:00 am worship services are available in their entirety on YouTube.
