Happy isn’t a mood we associate with the season of Lent. It seems to call for something more somber, reflective, and inward looking. We’re called to search our souls, understand our need for forgiveness because of our sin, and rejoice in the presence of our Savior Jesus. He offers an answer to our deepest needs.
This is the first week in our Lent worship series, “Selah: Life in a Minor Key,” based on the Psalms. For an overview of the Psalms, watch this 9-minute video by the Bible Project. Pastor Mary’s message is based on Psalm 32. To read it, click here.
