Welcoming All, Empowered by Christ, Sent Forth to Serve

March 15, 2020 message: “Ethiopian Eunuch – A Place for the Outsider”

We don’t always understand everything about faith in Jesus, and we need others to help us grow closer to God. Many times it’s the person who is seeking faith and whose experience is very different than our own who reminds us how to reclaim our passion for the Gospel.

This is the third week in our Lenten series, “A Place at the Table.” Pastor Mary’s message is based on Acts 8: 26-40. To read it, click here. For a contemporary take on this story, watch  “Philip and the Ethiopian.”

We might not be able to gather in worship on Sunday while the corona virus is a threat, but we can still share our God moments, announcements, and pictures of the downstairs’ construction project. You can call or email the church office if you have God moments to share from this week. The 9:00 and 11:00 am service are both posted on YouTube and FaceBook.

The March 22 and 29 services will be on FaceBook live at 10:00 am and posted to YouTube after worship. We’ll keep you apprised of April worship plans as they develop. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
