When the Holy Spirit comes, it’s not necessarily silent or peaceful – at least it wasn’t at that first Pentecost Day. The coming of the Spirit disrupts and sometimes even disturbs us. But the Spirit also brings transformation, brings us together, and helps us to follow Jesus. We are empowered by the Spirit and sent forth to serve.
