“Knowing God Who Serves”

6:15 pm Potluck

7:00 pm Worship Service

Jesus’ relationship with his disciples was intimate as they ate and served together, but the image of Jesus washing their feet is possibly the most powerful example of servanthood other than the crucifixion.  He connects his service to love and so we continue to serve in his name as a way to share his love and grace.

Join us for a potluck style meal at 6:15 pm downstairs in Fellowship Hall.  We will share finger food similar to what Jesus and his disciples shared on this night: nuts, dried and fresh fruit, bread, crackers, cheese, hard boiled eggs, olives, vegetables, etc.  Bring a dish to share; nothing too messy please as we only have silverware for serving, not eating.  Juice, coffee, water, and table service provided.

Worship will be in the sanctuary at 7:00 pm.  Everyone is welcome at the communion table.  Wear footwear that is easily removed if you wish to participate in the foot washing.
