Welcoming All, Empowered by Christ, Sent Forth to Serve

WWII Veterans Should be Honored

Help is needed to honor Muskegon County World War II veterans, living or deceased.

For no cost, the veteran’s original WWII photograph in uniform will be photographed and donated to the Silversides Museum, the USS LST 393 Veteran’s Museum and the Lakeshore Museum Center, formely the Muskegon County Museum.

Richard Mullally is determined to not allow these people to quietly fade away and be forgotten after they helped us to enjoy the freedoms we have today.

If there is a uniformed photograph of you, your spouse, your parent, sibling, uncle or aunt who served in WWII, please contact Richard Mullally at (231) 744-3418 or remull@gmail.com and he will agree to meet with you to give this free tribute to your veteran.

To be eligible, the person must have been in the US military sometime between December 7, 1941 and December 31, 1946. There are over 1,700 local WWII veterans in this program already.
